Chuggington
Chuggington is a highly popular animated television series produced by Ludorum plc.
It is broadcast in the UK by the BBC on CBeebies its award winning channel aimed at children aged 6 years or under.
The series takes place set in the make believe land of the same name, a magical place where engines known as ‘Chuggers’ have come to life.
It focuses on the adventures of six young ‘Chuggers’, Wilson, Brewster, Hoot, Toot, Piper and Koko.
A key feature of the show includes the values the six friends learn in the course of their training and adventures such as friendship, honesty and the resolution of conflict.
In keeping with the remit of the channel, Chuggington aims to educate its target audience on the world about them and the importance of positive values such as working together and problem solving.
The series is highly popular and is broadcast in 175 countries.
